  "One of the Best"
  Andover is certainly one the best course in the region. It is very challenging as well as one of the most beautiful courses around. The greens at peak season are like glass, the roughs will chew you up and cost additional strokes and the narrow fairways boarded by homes will make you shiver. Your score is determined how well you can over come the fear of taking a full swing or whimp out just to keep it in play. Not being an extra long course makes you contemplate the great shots instead of the smart ones. When you make a mistake take the bogey and go on to the next hole.

  "My best links experience ever!!"
  This is by far the best links course I've played in MI. The course is addicting, as I know I can do better my next time out there.

• Spring Valley Country Club
  "Challenging course"
  Spring Valley is an older club that recently upgraded the course layout. They changed 3 or 4 holes in the last few years. The course has no housing development on it and includes several holes that require specific tee shot placement. A good deal of wooded area surrounds the course and water does come into play on several holes. The clubhouse is typical country club and I suggest the prime rib. Outstanding.
