This is a Scottish links-style course. There are two lakes that come into play on three holes. The signature hole is #13, a 428-yard, par 4, requiring an approach shot over a lake to a small, slightly-elevated green. Harry and David Rainville originally redesigned this course, followed by Perry Dye's redesign in 1990. "Golf Digest" rated this as the 23rd "Best in State" course for 1997-98. Riding carts are only available for guests of members. Members provide their own carts. The 5,869-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 75.3 and a slope of 136. The 6,452-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 78.4 and a slope of 137.
