This course has narrow fairways and small, fast greens. The terrain varies between flat and hilly. Water hazards (three ponds) come into play on four holes. The moguls on hole #2 will generally leave golfers with uneven lies.

| I'm totally biased here. My great uncle built this course in the 20's (Conewango Forks). It may not be the grandest layout in the country but there's much more to it than that. It's history, it's family, it's hometown in every respect. I'd buy it if I could! Beautiful country and I look forward to nothing else more each year than going home to play this course. I've played all over the world, bad courses, PGA championship courses, but none hold a place in my golfing memories like Cardinal Hills... |
