This remote course is located near the Canadian border. The owner, Ron Tallow, a resort and restaurant entrepreneur, has expanded the course's design further out amongst the beautiful, mountainous, and rustic locale. The course features many trees that can alter your shots, and water hazards come into play on many holes. The club offers a yearly membership fee, which will reduce the members' green fee. This wide open course was built in one of the prettiest spots in the country. The yardage indicated is an estimate provided by the course personnel.

"It's Okay"
This course is okay as far a playability goes. When I went there were dead spots of grass in the fairways and the greens, however we were in the middle of a drought during this time. For a small town golf course, it is pretty good.

I grew up playing snag creek so I may be partial but I love this course. It is a challenging and fun course for golfers of all handicaps and is by far the best value for the money that I have ever played on. The people are great and the surroundings are quiet and serene. "Golf at your own pace in LA on a Sunday morning"
I had a wonderful time golfing on this course, the practice facility is not much to write home about but the course and the service was awesome, we were a threesome and got around the course in under 5 hours, we tee'd off at 8:30a and were done by 1:00p, we actually had time to re put the greens several times after every hole and we only waited twice the entire morning, it was wonderful, we are not the greatest golfers either, we were all in the 90's. It was just a pleasure to go to a course and be treated so nice and have such a fun round of golf, thanks.

"North East Ohio's best"
The course at Fairlawn Country club provides its players and guests with an opportunity to really test their skills. It is a very mature, relatively short, but engaging eighteen holes of golf. With a little patience, and a smart approach, this course can be very rewarding
