This course was cut out of the woods, so there is only one fairway visible at any one time. The course was rated as the 4th best in the state by the United States Golf Association. This design includes two signature holes, each featuring island greens. A new log clubhouse opened in 1988.

Leave your driver in the car..., Aug 16, 2004

...unless you can hit it very straight. I had better results hitting a 3-wood from the tee, due to the narrow fairways and trees on both sides of every hole. Very well maintained and picturesque course that's a pleasure to play.

This course was a pleasure to play. It can be tight, so bring a few balls. Island par three 11th was worth the price of admission. I'll play it again for the price and the beauty.
