This links-style course currently has young trees growing on its somewhat open fairways. But don't let this young saplings lull you into a false sense of security because the rough bordering the fairways is exceptionally high. In addition, the multi-tiered greens are medium-sized, and water hazards (creeks) come into play on six holes. The signature hole is #18, a 644-yard, par 6, favoring players who hit the ball from right to left, and requiring an uphill approach shot a well-bunkered green.

Totally solid course, Jul 24, 2004

This course is always in great shape. The young trees around the fairways have matured beautifully giving the course a very full look. Has a links type feel to it. It's pretty wide open so they keep the rough cut pretty high which really effects the distance of your second shot. And if you don't like a links type open look you can run right across the street to The Woods course which is super tight right through the forest. The absolute best place to play 36 in a day. Two opposite courses right across the street from each other.
