This nine hole course is nestled in a valley with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The layout is slightly hilly, however, not uncomfortable to walk. There are some young trees utilized as a wind break on three holes, but for the most part, the course is very open. Crested wheat grass on the rough dictates accuracy on the fairways. Water comes into play on five holes in the form of ponds and creeks. The third and fourth holes are island greens. The gently undulating greens vary in size, overall, averaging approximately 6,000 square feet. The signature hole is #4, a 153-yard, par 3, which is surrounded by water. Selecting the appropriate club is of utmost importance on this hole. If the golfer comes up short or long, he or she is in the water.

Although this golf course has potential, it is seriously lacking in professional management, and amenities. What the course lacks in modern conveniences, it makes up for in stagnant water, biting insects, stunted trees, and a very unhospitable staff. If you're looking to hit golfballs in a farmers field, this is the course for you.

"Really neat layout with fantastic views. New owners are making many improvements to a great little venue and challenging course. Super value. The only drawbacks are lack of bar and restaurant but the views and course conditioning easily make up for that. Definitely worth a stop for a day or two if you are in Western Wyoming

"Great course for juniors!"
This is a fabulous course for young juniors to learn on! I took my 2 nephews there, and they had a great time! Several holes have river views. Nice little driving range too!

"This course helped my game!"
With it's many doglegs and elevation changes, this course will quickly teach the beginners how to setup their approaches, while giving the lower handicap players a reasonably challenging round. 5 of the first nine pins cannot be seen from the tees. If you spray your tee shots, you will surely be struggling to make par. The par threes are deceiving with two short downhills, and two 150-ish up hills. These have been my achilles heel. There are not to many water hazzards, but they are well/poorly place depending on your tendancies. They can easily swallow your ball if your not carefull. The traps are typically limited to wrapping the greens, but watch out for the 5th hole, with its deceiving horizontal sand at 230 yards out. The grounds are well kept with mid speed greens that exactly match the practice green. Prepare for an even mix of wide and narrow fairways, and many misleading doglegs, both slight and sharp. This course has made me a better golfer, and I can't say that about many. Enjoy!
