Partial to the Greens, Apr 13, 2004

I have played this course in Roaring Springs for the past 15 years. The fairways, especially here recently, are as good as any course in the area. The greens are far better than any nine hole course in the Southern Plains. I enjoy the challenges it has to offer.

Oakdale Country Club
"Wow........"
I have a membership at Oakdale and let me tell you, it's worth it. The courses rolling hills and steep inclines make it a tough challenge. The bunkers and the water hazards are also huge barriers to overcome on this course. You can't beat the price either. My membership paid for itself in a matter of weeks and after that I was practically playing for free. I strongly advise anyone that wants an enjoyable round of golf to check out Oakdale Country Club.

Dobson Ranch Golf Course
" Great Experience"
We played Dobson Ranch and found the course to be player friendly but still had challenging greens. The overall condition of the course was great with the exception of the sand traps which could be better. The friendly staff in the Pro Shop made for a great experience.

A Great course, with wonderfully challenging tee shots and treacherous greens. Beware as when the wind blows, this is as difficult a golf course as any scottish links. A warm friendly and welcoming clubhouse with exceptional service and attention to detail, an guest accomadation that rivals any of the best 5 star hotels the U.S has to offer.
