Great Course + Great Staff = Great time, Oct 07, 2007 |

| I get up to Michigan twice a year and make Pine Trace a definate play. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds crew does a magnificent job of maintaining the greens and fairways. If you want challenge, then this course is a must play. |

Rangers, Jul 24, 2007 |

| The anal retentive rangers make this beautiful course a very unfriendly and stressful course to play. We were rushed so much by the rangers because we were 5 minutes behind schedule, that one of the people in our foursome quit without finishing. It was not the relaxing enjoyable time that it should have been. |

Nice Average Rushed, Jun 27, 2004 |

| Bob A's probably one of the cranky rangers he mentioned. Nice course. This is what happens when private owners run a publicly owned course. The pace is unrealistic to ENJOY golf - if you're anal and you don't like a nice game of golf and you work at GM and only have a limited amount of time to play - then, like Bob, this course is for you. Perhaps if more people did play elsewhere, it'd be empty enough to enjoy what can be a good course. |

Solid 18 holes, Apr 10, 2004 |

| Pine Trace offers a challenging 18 holes on classic layout. Winding through trees, over some hills, and some tough greens make this one of the best courses in S.E. Michigan in an area you don't have to drive an hour to get to. Always well manicured, this course strives to keep pace of play moving. The rangers are stern, yet fair. I've known some of my friends put off by their forcefulness, but that's fine, they can play somewhere else. You'll need all parts of your game clicking to break 80 on this one |
