My thoughts after playing this course, Apr 01, 2004

I found the course to be a challenging course, with pretty open fairways, but the small, elevated greens proved to be where the difficulty came in. This course has great greens, nice fairways and tees. There is O.B. on several holes, water and sand. Exremely fun course to play.

This is a great course kept in extremely good shape. It is a little far out from Houston but if you live anywhere on the north side, it's well worth the drive. It's inexpensive and not crowded, especially on weekdays. The greens are in very good shape and the course is challenging without being a killer.

"Great greens..."
This course is definately links style with scenic mountain views and nearby natural waterways. Overall, the greens are excellent and clean with strategic bunkers on atleast 1/4 of them. The fairways are mid to wide with several doglegs. For the money, its a great course....don't let the clubhouse's appearance steer you away!
