| Course is O.K.but the mosquitos will drive your away. A bit pricey for what you get. The course was in good shape, although the greens were hard. |

Best deal in Southern ME, Donal Ross /Fair Price, Dec 06, 2006

| This course has a little of everything. Although it is not long it does require placement shots. The course is very welcoming to women and has two sets of tee set up for women but all four sets of tees are set up for all golfers depending on all their individual ability levels. Members are friendly to outside players.
Course is semi-private with 3 day advance tee times. Tee times go fast in the summer so early worm gets the tee times.
Breakfast and light pub fare are served inside the air conditioned clubhouse.
Course is scenic running along a salt water marsh at one point, and also through tall pines on the back woods. Something for everyone. |

Great Fall Golf Escape, Dec 06, 2006

| The is a fantastic summer course but even better in the fall once the summer back to back traffic and crowds leave and golf specials begin.
The course offers 2 golfers for $60 specials with carts starting after the regular season. This course is on the cost so there is plenty of good golf right into Nov and sometimes even up until Thanksgiving.
Grab a buddy and get out and enjoy a jewel of a course located in Southern, Me. Off season hotel and motel rates down to Old Orchard abound as do off season restaraunt deals. This is the next best thing to Cape Cod.
The wives can shop L.L. Bean and Kittery while you play a great course with wonderful ammenities. |
