This narrow course requires shot accuracy from off the tees. A creek flows through the course and comes into play on some holes. The greens are small and full of subtle breaks. The signature hole is #18, a 536-yard, par 5, with a water hazard on the right side of the fairway, and requiring an approach shot to a well-bunkered green.

Nice Course, Sep 12, 2004

Really nice course. This is more of an advanced players course. Fairways are nice but a little too close together.

Not bad...but not great either, May 16, 2004
reviewer: C. Moore from San Diego, CA
I went to high school down the street from this course, and, although I am very acquainted with it, my opinion is anything but biased. The course plays well, and is usually in decent shape. The Pro Shop (actually Amateur Shop) is small and unadorned. The place feels old, and it is. But, as I mentioned the course is decent, if unoriginal. There are a couple of neat Par 3s, some water, and challenging bunkers. The 18th is a long dogleg Par 5, and tough. Warning: Don't try to cut the corner on that one. I have personally deposited about 100 balls in that drink. Overall, very affordable golf, but nothing special.
