This scenic countryside course is located in the hills. The fairways are narrow, and the hilly terrain is too strenuous to walk, even though it is permitted. There are blind shots on many holes, and a strong prevailing wind to overcome. This is one of six municipal courses in the City of San Antonio.

| Cedar Creek is a very nice course, the front nine is made easier because all of the fairways are shaped like bowls so that everything flows to the center of the fairway, after one shot that was sliced badly (30 + yards) I found it sitting 5 yards from the rough on the fairway. The course is kept up well, the only course within the same price range is the Buckhorn in Comfort, which is kept up quite a bit better. The greens were somewhat rough, but overall with the drought we are in it was in good shape (8/06) |

| challenging from tee to green. better put your ball on the same teir as the flag or your in for at least a three putt. beutiful scenery |
