This narrow course has many dogleg fairways, typically favoring the left to right player. There are a few lateral water hazards and many sand bunkers incorporated into this course's design. The greens are medium in size and speed. The signature hole is #1, a 349-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot up a dogleg right fairway in which you must avoid a creek at the turn, then an approach shot to a flat, well-bunkered green.

| but there are times when I hit a great shot right down the middle of the fairway and then I cant find my ball, I hate it. they really should mow more often, but when the grass is freshly cut,its a great coarse for the money. Dont hit too many houses now :) |

| This is the most reasonably priced golf course in the immediate area. Course is well kept, with nearly all the holes lined with houses. Fairways are wide and forgiving. Greens are generally large, with the 18th hole being the signature hole. Great twi-light rates, and nice Driving range that is lit for after dark use. |
