This course is in excellent condition. The fairways are tree lined and the terrain is hilly. There is a creek and a lake that come into play on six holes, and out-of-bounds stakes on just about every hole.

| Length is not the key to scoring well here. Fairways are reasonably generous, but they are nearly all lined with mature trees...so if you stray at all you will likely have to invent some sort of recovery shot. The shorter par 4's require a very accurate tee shot in order to have a good approach shot. The par 5's are not that long, (the first one can be reached in two for the long hitters) but the number 11 hole is a very tricky par five with trees everywhere, a lateral hazard that runs the length of the hole on the right, and a creek that cuts in front of the green preventing any runners from getting home. The greens are smooth, and putt true. Some of them have a severe back to front slope, so hitting beyond the pin is an invitation for a three putt. All in all a very nice little course offering a challenge to golfers of any skill level. |
