This course was built on a combination of flat and hilly terrain. There are some sand bunkers and two water hazards that come into play throughout the course. Many of the greens are elevated and slightly sloped. The fairways are tree lined and at certain points there are many scenic views of the countryside. The pro shop is closed Mondays and Thursdays.

best greens in so cal, May 18, 2010

This is one of the best little courses I have ever played. The guy that runs it (Kiley) is the best starter you will meet. The greens are the VERY best you will find. I only give it a 4 not a 5 because its a little short. It might have been a cow pasture BUT its NOT now.

golf course was started in the 30s.several local people of interst kept it going by volunteer work..in 1957 the membership fee was.$9.99. over ten there was a state tax.. beautiful views from most holes . of jay peak.. a challanging old 9 holer.. full bar.. no starting times.. small greens.. if ya break 80 your good.. excellent resturant.. you'll like it... busy on weekends..

Enterprise Golf Course
"Great, seemingly retrospective of the old country couses"
Having played enterprise for a number of years, it never seems to disappoint. It is fair in design from tee to green. Changes in elevation on many of the holes makes for interesting and captivating shots (keep your head down). Starting out you pass the 18th green heading to the first tee. As you approach the tee you will see a beautiful 18th century mansion, once owned by Captain Newton White, the first Captain of the USS Enterprise. On both the 1st and 10th tees, you will tee off next to this this historic landmark. Customer service is a little better than average for a municipal course. The grounds crew keeps even the clubhouse looking good with perennials and other quality landscape features. Practice facilities, although spread out on the grounds are large. A great value play.
