This course's greens are medium speed. The terrain is not that hilly, so it is easy to walk. Water hazards (a creek) come into play on four holes. The fairways are open, creating a somewhat forgiving playing environment. The signature hole is #2, a 441-yard, par 4, requiring shots up a fairway, which slopes in the direction of the creek that protects the entire left side.

| This course is an extremely challenging layout and for an average golf is well priced for the level of difficulty you face from hole to hole. After playin this course after the many of renovations to it. The number 14 hole (5thhole) has been reduced in difficulty because of the redeisgn of the green.What you lack in difficulty you gain in beauty. |

| I've played this course many times and have always enjoyed it. You can get in more trouble than you think but in general it's challenging while forgiving. Considering the amount of play this public course gets, it's very well maintained. |

| I have played this course many times over the years (and snuck on in the evenings on a few occasions, but don't tell anyone!) The four stars is tempered by the caveat -- four stars for a MUNI course. It is straightforward without being too tough, contains a few challenges, is always in good condition, and the scenery is great! |
