This championship course is very difficult to score well on. However, a golfer will love the challenge of this course. It has narrow fairways and its greens are medium in size and speed. There is water that comes into play twice. The signature hole is #12, a 469-yard, par 5, requiring a shot over a lake. The ladies' par is actually 75.

| This is one of the oldest courses in the capital region its well taken care of, designed by Devereaux Emmet who also designed the Congressional cc. The course has a great clubhouse and friendly atmostsphere. It provides as a challenging day of golf with all the amenties of a 5 star country club. |

| This course is on Northern Pines Road, not Nern Pines Road. It isn't the most taken care of course out there, but it has lots of challenges. If you love links courses, this is not something to get excited about. If you have never played a links course and want to play one for the first time, go to McGregor. |
