This facility has an eighteen hole regulation course and a nine hole course. Both courses were built on flat terrain and have many trees and sand bunkers that can affect your shots. Each course has two ponds coming into play on four holes.

Flattest course in Pittsburgh, Jul 22, 2005

A unique experience for Pittsburgh area courses in that it very very flat. So a nice change of pace for the locals. Generally wide fairways are forgiving for tee shots but approach shots present a good challenge.

Here's a nice course for an average or better golfer. It is one of the more tree-laden courses I have played, with sand bunkers and water only occasionally coming into play. If you are not shooting straight, you are apt to have a long day. Nonetheless, it is a nice setting -- great for a round of golf. This one is highly recommended in late September or early October, as the foliage is tremendous.

"Great Secret"
Who would think that such a great course would be in Whidbey. The course has some challeging holes as well as some scenery. For some of you big hitters it has a couple of holes that tempt you to go for it. I wouldn't if I were you. Looks can be deciving. If they don't get you the slope on the 18th green will. Stick it close. A great secret.

"Wide Open Drive"
Fairly well kept course, the fairways are wide open for the most psrt, so if you lose your new Titlest, its your fault...There are a few water hazards in challengable spots. Bunkers are all easily avoidable. This is actually a challenging course, but one that wont drive you nuts with every stroke. Its also a pretty good course for those who arent, Arnold Palmer. You have to know your game, but it allows for mistakes, without costing you 3 strokes. The trees are beautiful, and the wildlife around the course adds to the experience. Its nice to find a place like this tucked among the city, and tall radio towers, which are right in the middle of the course, between holes nine and ten, which is the primary problem spot for this course. Its priced right, and a good challenge for the money.
