Solid Golf Test, Jan 08, 2005

Whispering pines is an easy course with the exception of a couple holes where mid to long iron tee shots will come into play. About half of the holes play less than 120 yards, so it's a good course for a beginner golfer to learn on and an eexperienced golfer to fine tune their short game.

Even a challenge for an experienced golfer, Jun 21, 2004
reviewer: Bob from Schenectady NY USA
I have been golfing for 10 years. This course is a great change of pace from the harder courses in the region. It offers a great chance to work on your short game off the tee and around the greens.

Good Course, Apr 09, 2004
reviewer: MD from Niskayuna
Wispering pines offers challenging greens and great practice for beginners. The longer sixth hole will challenge the beginners driving skills, and if the right hander is a slicer, the ball may end up in the water. A nice family casual atmosphere without the pressure that may be found on more expert courses. All in all a fun and somewhat challenging time!

Challenging course for beginners., Mar 11, 2004
reviewer: Michael Minch from Sloansville, New York
I've been playing golf for about 2 years now. Whispering pines is a great course for beginners like myself. The greens are challenging enough to hone your putting skills and the fairways are great practice for your short game. The price is also great for beginners who don't want to spend a whole load of cash, but need to get their short game in control.
