This club has an eighteen hole regulation course and a nine hole par 3 course. These courses offer a variety of terrain, ranging from flat to hilly. The fairways are wide, and the greens are medium in size and speed. Very little water comes into play on these courses. These courses feature vistas of the city's skyline and Mount Rainier. When making a tee time for the Regulation Course, please call (206) 301-0472. All of the tees on the Regulation Course are rated for both men and ladies. The 6182-yard men's tee also has a ladies course rating of 74.0 and slope of 122; the 5857-yard men's tee also has a ladies course rating of 72.5 and slope of 119; the 5396- men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 69.9 and slope of 113; the 5430-yard ladies' tee also has a men's course rating of 65.1 and slope of 116.

For a par-three course, this and the Battle Creek Par-3 course are top notch. I'm not one for playing par-3 courses, but when I have, this one is at the top of the list. Challenging layout. Maintained greens. Worth a try.

Hilltop Country Club
"Neatest course in Texas"
I went and played a round of golf at the Hilltop Country Club last week for the first time. It was an expereince,the course is set up real cool. I was a high school golfer who would have loved to get out of school and walk to go play golf rather than riding 30 minutes on a bus to and from practice everyday. The course is on the grounds of Troup ISD.And after I got finished playing golf I walked to the 19th and had a cold budlight.The bar has what ever you want,and the ladies were so nice.

Forest Park Golf Course
"Short but Great"
Since the course renovation in 1997 the new layout is great. Management has spent a lot of time and money fixing it up. It is a short course but very tight so it isn't as easy as it may seem. It is one of the most beautiful courses in NYC.

A course perhaps more friendly for the long-ball hitter with more than enough water and some deviously placed sand. Access to the course requires a military affiliation or a friend who can host your play but, well worth the trip. Given its location (on base), play is seldom hampered by a crowded course which also makes it a most hospitable course for the slower player, the short ball hitter or those just learning the game. The placement of water (ponds and streams) makes for an interesting attack plan and invites disaster for the reckless. Improved traps, general landscaping and more attention to tee boxes and greens over the past two seasons has made the course much more enjoyable. The first six holes are a low rolling layout with a lot of trees in play along the fairways. The rest of the course is basically flat with several holes playing parallel to the runway and an occasional aircraft take-off or landing adding to the view. Course amenities are well maintained. Walk, pull a cart or ride in a relatively new electric cart. The golf carts are in great shape and an adjacent driving range is a plus for tuning up before hitting off of the first tee. The clubhouse has a small grill for lunch with a comfortable seating area for a beer after the game. The pro shop is equipped to handle most needs.
