Very Nice Greens, Mar 16, 2004

Discription of 'tree lined' is a bit misleading. Fairly wide open course, fairways can be hard in the dry summer, creek comes into play on several holes, surprising elevation changes, small but very nice greens, some greens have quite a bit of slope on them.

Although an older course it has improved with age and with the rainy season last year (2002) the greens are fuller. A range is available and I try to get the most of my short game with the putting green. The back nine brings you up next to the airport but the single engine planes are not loud and are enjoyable to watch landing as your partner tries to keep up your great shot.

Harrison Park Golf Course

I had played rounds at this course back in the early 1990's and it was terrible. A couple of years ago I tried it again. Much to my satisfaction the course was great. This course has really turned around. It is kept very well and offers a good challenge.
