This very tight course has greens that are very difficult to read. Guests are not allowed to play without the presence of a club member. "Golf Digest" rated this as the 16th "Best in State" course for 1995-96, and the 18th best for 1997-98. The club hosted the World Championship of Women's Golf from 1981-84, and the winner were Beth Daniel, Joanne Carner (twice) and Nancy Lopez. Carner called the course, "the toughest, and maybe the best, on the LPGA Tour."

I love playing this course. I caddied there in the late 70's, played high School golf there in the early eighties, and I've been a guest there for 20 plus years. The greens have always been emaculate...too bad I'm not a better putter! If I lived in Cleveland, I'd try to join the club. Although it's not a very long course, the holes are challenging. Especially number 16...an elevated/blind green with an incredible slope. Almost every hole is tight with old growth trees, sand traps, and beautiful homes throughout the golf course. I look forward to playing it at least once a year!

Number 6 the best hole on the course. Love the greens and how difficult to read.

The Greens were amazing! The fairways were nice too. It was kind of difficult.
