This eighteen hole course is situated at the base of Big Horn Mountain. Every hole offers an incredible panoramic view of Big Horn Mountain and the surrounding area. The course is links-style on the front nine and target-style on the back nine. Native rough lines all the fairways and makes play challenging. There are several water hazards strategically placed throughout the course. This facility also offers a state-of-the-art driving range and practice facility, as well as a 13,000-square foot putting green. The 5,878-yard ladies' tee also has a men's course rating of 67.3 and slope of 116.

The view of the Big Horn mountains and the wondering streams make this course a must for anyone who is in the Norther Wyoming area. The layout is outstanding and the people very friendly. Do yourself a favor and visit this jewel.

River Plantation Country Club - Augusta/Biloxi Course
"Challenging Layout"
Fun, challenging layout with recently reworked tees and greens. Course conditions a little spotty and a "mud-fest" if there's even a chance of rain. $25 weekday green fee is fair but $50 on weekends is a little out of line with other area courses. Some good money games on most days.

"Shape your game"
I grew up the area playing this course weekly for many years.I shaped my game at this little gem. Sixteen years later I play golf in Austin and work with a team of middle school golfers. As for Hilcrest...The first 3 holes are par 3s.(W/9,5/6, W/SW) They added some water to number one and moved the tee years ago. It puts a whole new spin on number one. People are less likely to hit the cars in the parking lot and/or Mr. Wilson's house too. Huge pines could save your ball from a feild(now the driving range) on the left if you are hooker.People teeing off on number eight and on 7's green also come in to play for some bad slicers. Three had a huge Oak that came into play for high wedges coming in from the left side. Water fountain at 4 was nice In July and august. Number 4 is a ~310yard par 4. Little ditch running accross about 270? made many people lay-up. Eagleable on many days. Another par 3 follows a treeline for Hole 5 and then my favorite par 4 is next. Over a wide lake...that eats up every bad slice for righties. Another eagleable ~300yarder. The lake has nice size bass in it too. Seven is the only par 5, a dogleg to the right. Eight is a par 4 with a huge ditch eating drives by the minute. And we end with a par 4, left dogleg that is reachable with a crush over the corner. Lights added make night golf fun! Drving range is huge so you have plenty of swing room.

A great course with old world charm with a hint of Caddy Shack's great old golf course "Bushwood." You will be treated well and feel like you are on the Caddy Shack set. Not because the people, but because you would swear you where actually there. It really looks like it!! Here's to the Village of Glencoe for doing it right. Well done.
