This lengthy course is demanding, yet fun to play. It is a great course to bring the entire family to play. The signature hole is #14, a 460-yard, par 4, featuring a dogleg right fairway, then an approach shot over water to the green. "Golf Digest" rated this course as the 8th "Best Public Course" in the state for 1996.

Awesome Golf Course for the Price!, Feb 24, 2004

Keep in mind, my 4-star score was given to this course relative to it's cheap green fees. $14 for this course is excellent. I will most certainly be playing Hunington a lot in the spring and summer coming up. Hunington Park Golf Course is one of the two main public Shreveport courses. Hunington is definately better than Querbes, but both are worth playing because of their low green fees. I find Hungington to be quite difficult. It's length is KILLER! But, if you drive the ball at least 250 yards, it won't be as bad for you. There are no bunkers on this course, which is strange to me. But, I hardly noticed because I was concerned too much with it's length. Several 470 yard par 4's are murderous. The average player should consider them to play as par 5's. I highly recommend this course for anyone to play. There are many great holes, and I had a lot of fun. Again, play this course if you like a great price.

Me and a friend played this course yesterday... the 1st hole is a temporary parking lot and it is replaced by the driving range area which has been converted into a boring first hole. the course is poorly maintained and mostly boring. it is full of longer par 3's considering it is an executive course. if it was cheaper it would be worth it possibly if it was under 10 dollars a round.

White Hawk Golf Course
"Best Golf Course in the Tulsa metro!"
This course has to be the best course in the Tulsa metroplex! It's front 9 is wide open links style, then the back tightens extremely! The back 9 is more target shooting. The staff has the best customer service I have ever seen! The proshop staff is very nice and greets you with a smile, and so does the grill. If you go you have to try there hamburgers, the best in town!

Stonehouse Golf Club
"Stonehouse, a "keeper""
I played Stonehouse in September of '03 and thoroughly enjoyed the round. While looking intimidating from some of the tees, there is sufficient landing room for your tee shot. It's a very hilly (not for walkers) and picturesque course, demanding accuracy on the par 3's and requiring an accurate carry over a ravine on a number of the holes (not for the faint of heart). Am looking forward to playing it again!
