This pleasant, par 3 course features a nice design. Locals claim this is a great course for people who want to practice their short game. The tree-lined fairways vary from wide to narrow, and the greens are only slightly sloped. One interesting characteristic is a swamp that comes into play on three holes. Ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men. Club personnel names are not available.

This "course" is a disater. It is expensive to play, not properly maintained, a real horror show. This glorified pitch and putt should be put out of its misery.

Bring every club in your bag and put your thinking cap on before coming to this course. Best bet is to go out with a member or get a yardage book and stay on track for a 4 hour round. Best quote out on the golf course - "I'll either play over you, around you or through you, you take your pick."

Lost Key Golf Club
"Bring Balls"
Lost Key is a great layout with the best greens in the Gulfshores/Pensacola area. Although the greens are extremely fast they are very puttable if you are on the right side of the hole. The fairways are fairly tight with lateral hazzards down both sides of almost everyone. They should change the course name to Lost Balls. Great course for the money if you hit it fairly straight.

Tannehill National Golf Course
"4 stars"
Tannehill National has got to be one of the best courses in the state. The fairways this past summer looked better than a lot of greens I've seen. From the back tees the course is near perfect. It is pretty much wide open but, there is a creek that comes into play on several holes and the strategically placed ponds can make you pay for a bad tee shot. The greens are fast but they hold shots and roll true .You just can't find bermuda greens that stay as consistent as theirs do.
