The fairways afford generous landing areas, but if you find yourself in the rough, be prepared for some trouble. The greens are medium to large in size and vary in undulation. Water hazards (lakes, creeks, and streams) come into play on eleven holes. The signature hole is #13, a 196-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot to an island green. The club previously hosted the GTE Senior Classic. The 6,126-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 76.5 and slope 138.

Los Alamos Golf Course
"Great challenge for your game"
This course is a challenging course for the average player up to the scratch professionals. The fairways are tight and lined with sparse pine trees. The course is an old style course, which means it has incredibly small greens. The greens are probably to most true rolling greens in the state of New Mexico due to being so old. The course is short and very opportune for low scores. I really enjoyed playing this course and the people around the club. They treat you well and the rates are EXTREMELY cheap for such a quality course. I suggest taking the trip up to Los Alamos to have a great round of golf and also to enjoy the sights of the Jemez Mountains.

Great course if your looking for something really different in Florida. With the exception of the Clermont area of Florida you won't find a course more reminiscent of golfing in the Carolina hills.Green fees are very reasonable and you won't be disappointed with the condition.

Me and a friend played this course yesterday... the 1st hole is a temporary parking lot and it is replaced by the driving range area which has been converted into a boring first hole. the course is poorly maintained and mostly boring. it is full of longer par 3's considering it is an executive course. if it was cheaper it would be worth it possibly if it was under 10 dollars a round.

good course - great value. i cant believe how inexpensive this course is for how well it is maintained. even if youre not form the area, make sure you plan a round here at least once a year. great service. and ignore what this website says about 'closed on mondays', because its open.
