This scenic course was built on hilly terrain. The toughest hole is #8, a 415-yard, par 4. This hole is located next to a lake and requires a tee shot up a dogleg right fairway, then an approach shot to a well-bunkered green. In addition to this difficult hole are water hazards coming into play on five other holes. Most of the fairways are tree lined and some are considered narrow, leading to challenging greens. There are four sets of tees to accommodate all levels of play.

| Never crowded, this course is plenty challenging enough. But the odd thing is the lunch special. The round is $5 cheaper if you agree to the lunch special, which is actually pretty good. |

Great Course, Great Value., Jan 24, 2004 |

| Living in the midst of legends like grossingers and the concord monster, Tarry Brae offers an equal genre style course at a much better value. Greens usually run fast and true, and the layout is niether quirky nor tricky. A traditional layout at a reasonable price. Game on! |
