This outstanding course has many trees and several ponds incorporated into its design. The fairways are narrow, and the greens are very fast. The signature hole is #4, a 384-yard, par 4, featuring a dogleg fairway that winds its way around the mountain and requiring an approach shot to a well-bunkered green framed by sage brush.

beautiful mature course with several difficult holes. this course rewards good shots and penalizes poor shots, well maintained greens and fairways. Lush and green easy to get on and fun to play the price is right 22 dollars and your playing

this course is really nice for the intermediate golfer. It has some tough holes but not enough to bother a experienced golfer. Worth the trip and money for sure. The downside is its usually always windy at this course and the greens tend to dry up late summer.

Don�t let this course fool you! If you play it from the blue tees it is a formidable challenge. There are some holes with tee shots that require a 200 yard carry over water (some days into the wind!) As well as a 190 yard plus par three with ponds and rivers all around it. The greens are nice and the grounds crew really works hard at keeping them that way. There are some narrow fairways guarded by 100 year old oak trees all the way down to the green on each side. It really plays more like a 126 slope and I believe it is rated incorrectly. Bring your straightest drives here.

This course meets all of my requirements of a great course. Its challenges you with long par 4s, and exciting par 3s. It also gives you a great view of the atlantic ocean. This course is ranked as one of my favorites to play.

"Golf at a value"
Occ. golf course is a nice course if you are looking for value in a round of golf. The course is always in good condition, the staff is pleasant and the course is enjoyable, yet not easy, if you play it from the blue tees. The course is adequately and accurately marked with yardage to the greens. The front and back nine are very different and thus give some variety to the round. It is no Pinehurst, but those that play there love their golf and know proper golf etiquette. It is a real value for the dollar.
