This course was designed using the natural terrain, including a creek and mature trees. Polecat Creek runs through much of the course. There are water hazards on twelve holes and many sand bunkers come into play. The greens on the course are undulating, which is unusual for this part of the country. Wildlife is abundant throughout the course. All of the tees, with the exception of the championship tees, have a slope and course rating for men and ladies.

The most unfriendly staff i have ever encountered. Rude rude rude!! The golf pro runs in the back office when a guest is approaching. The food is awful. WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!!

Great course. There is room to spray it around but to score well you have to be in the right spots. There are several do or die shots out there though, no. 8 would be one. All in all a great course at a reasonable rate.

Panther Creek is tough, Jul 09, 2004

This course is long and somewhat hilly. The terrain consists of several ponds and a creek that runs through the course. There is a par three that plays over a small water hazard with a steep backdrop on the backside. Number 9 is the toughest par 5 on the course. It winds around a hill and is bordered by a creek which you have to cross on your 2nd or 3rd shot. Tee shots have to be accurate and long in order to reach greens in regulation. The greens were slow but well maintained. The front 9 is tougher than the back. Overall, this is the best public course in the area, and the price is very reasonable.

"True Golfer"
This course is a hidden gem. With new construction to the course, it makes it one of the best in the region. I will honestly say within two years it WILL be the best in all of the tristate region. The greens are kept in superb condition. A course that you will end up playing every club in your bag.

"Links Course"
The East Liverpoool Country Club is a nine hole course. It features a links style course that has elevated greens on eight of the nine holes. Wooded areas and strategically placed bunkers add to the beauty and challange of the course. The entire course is served by an automatic watering system. The undulating greens can provide interesting pin placemets. The ninth and eighteenth holes are served by two different greens.

Willow Springs Country Club
"Scottish track with many nuances"
I am a member at Willow Springs. Although not the longest of courses, it will teach you all the shots you need to know. The course is always in playable condition and is a challenge for all golfers, I myself being a scratch golfer.

For a fast round of 9-holes this course is very enjoyable, and actually quite challenging. The greens are all in good condition throught the year, and so are the fairways. Par 3's range from 90-yards to 205-yards, and the par 4s are long enough where you can hit driver and/or 3-wood. Wonderful practice putting green surrounding water and driving range is also nice. For the price and convenience of walking on without a long wait, it's a winner in my book.
