This course, built on a series of rolling hills, features well-bunkered greens that are small and sloped. The narrow fairways are tree lined and well protected by sand bunkers. The signature hole is #4, a 433-yard, par 4, requiring a straightaway tee shot over a creek, then an uphill approach shot to a sloped green with a sand bunker guarding its left side. Almost all the greens are severely undulating and difficult to read.

Valencia CC is a gorgeous layout and wonderful design that only gets better with maturity. This Robert Trent Jones course is a truly great test of golf. Demanding par fives and threes along with several of the finest par fours I've ever played make for a challenging and wonderful round. The 66,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with wonderful restaurant, grill room, snack bar, and great pro shop make this one of the most beautiful settings there is to play a round of golf. The practice facilities are absolutely great. This is one of the top 100 golf courses in the United States.
