This very hilly course affords somewhat open fairways, but still expect many uneven lies. The greens are fast, sloped, and undulating. There is water that comes into play on three holes. Tee times are only reserved for members without guests.

This course used to be one 1 star course but they have worked hard to make the course 2 stars. The greens are much nicer than a year ago. this course is good for learning the game, it's a very easy course.

McPherson Country Club
"MCC was a tough little course"
I played in a Tourney there in June. It is a short course but one that demands shaping shots. MCC has postage stamp greens that are sloped and at times faster than any greens you will find anywhere. It is not uncommon to 3 or 4 whack on these greens that were well manicured. MCC is not your typical golf course but thats what makes it tough and fun. Bring your nerves cause this course is not a push-over to score low on.

"Beelman Tour"
Kentucky Dam Village State Resort and Golf has been the site of our spring trip for 9 years now. The cost and the course are some of the best you will encounter. The staff has treated us like family every year we spend there. The course is as hard as you want to make it. Spend some time here and you will want to come back year after year like our group of twenty.

Applewood Golf Course
"Great Senior Course"
I enjoy playing this course as it is inexpensive to play. The people here are pleasant and the course is always in good condition. The course is located in the country so there is no traffic. Lastly, as I get older my ball does not go as far. This is a shorter course using the senior tees however still a challenging, fun course.
