This scenic course was built on hilly terrain and has wide-open fairways. The large greens are fast and well bunkered. There is a creek that flows throughout this picturesque course which comes into play on two holes. Putting can be confusing here because all your putts will break toward the ocean, even when the green is slanting the opposite way. This club has been listed by the USGA as one of the first 100 clubs established in the U.S. It was also recognized in "GOLF Magazine's" 1995 list of "The First 100 Clubs in America."

What a step down from all of the surrounding courses. Overexaggerated reviews led for an extremely disappointing round, if thats what you'd like to call it. The bartenders there are great

What happened to RCCC?, Sep 19, 2005

It was a much nicer place to play golf in the 1960's. I played recently and it struck me that it is like a community center with a golf club, I think someone should teach the current members about civility and good manners. It is still a lovely course in a beautiful setting.

The fairways are open and you think you are Tiger Woods...until you get to the greens. They are very tough!
