Review of Suffolk Golf Course, Dec 12, 2004
reviewer: Linda Martinson from Suffolk, VA USA
This is my home course. I play it quite frequently. It is scenic, reasonably maintained and presents enough challenges to keep it interesting. The price is right. My husband and I pay $1000.00 a year and play unlimited golf. If we ride, we have to pay the cart fee, but for the most part we walk.

Not bad for the price, May 25, 2004
reviewer: Lee Holland from Suffolk, Va
I grew up in Suffolk and learned to play the game on this course at age 10. Are there better courses in the Hampton Roads area? Of course. But for the price, you'll be hard priced to find a course that is a better value. For a public course, the greens are well-maintained and the roughs and fairways kept short. The pine trees lining most fairways will challenge players to keep their shots straight. The par 3's at 6 and 9 are challenging shots to uphill greens. The greens on par 5's at 7 and 18 are fun and can be reached in two by bit hitters. Overall, I have fond memories of this course and I think you'll enjoy it too.

Only played the front, May 07, 2004
reviewer: Scuba Steve from Suffolk, Va USA
I have played this course a few times but, only the front 9. I have not been playing that long but, for a beginner I would say that this course is a good one. Enjoy.
