This course is located at a private residence and is used by the owner and his guests only. It is a hilly course that has a lake, a creek and a few lagoons that come into play on five holes. The course has a couple tree-lined fairways, and the greens are undulating and well bunkered. Some of the tee boxes and greens are elevated. Outside play is by invitation only, therefore, no green fees are available for publication. Seven new holes were added and are played in various combinations. "Golf Digest" selected it 5th on its list of "Best New Private" courses for 1999.
