This hilly par 3 course is excellent for practicing your irons and short game. Water hazards (two lakes) come into play on two holes. There are plenty of trees that can alter your shots, but no sand bunkers. The greens are smaller than average, slightly sloped and maintained at a slower than average speed. Beginning, junior and senior players will enjoy this course because it's not too demanding and easy to walk.

Friendliest Course In Ohio, Jul 10, 2011

For the money you won't find a better Par3 course. Don't let the fact that it is a Par3 fool you. This course makes you earn everything! Tight tree lined fairways a couple of ponds that love to swallow balls and nice small greens make you work on your game. A couple of the holes should be a Par4 but it just adds to the challenge and fun of this course. It has a laid back feel unlike the larger public courses people are very friendly and in no hurry to rush you along. A great place to take the Family and kids for a fun day of golf. The people in the clubhouse are some of the nicest and most helpful people you will ever meet! Next time your in the Sullivan area I strongly recommend you stop in for a round, you won't be disappointed. One of Ashland Counties best kept secrets! Five Star All The Way!!!!!!!!

"Challenge"
The fairways here are nice, the greens protect the course and make it extraordinarily challenging. It doesn't play long but you have to be a good iron player to shoot anywhere in the 70's.

"Challenging long holes & tremendously manicured"
This 18-holer had a great mix of long and short holes, challenging and intermediate greens. This course is in particularly good condition year after year for such hard winters. Besides for some of the grumpy old men who play the course, and think they own it and let you know it (standard, yet dieing breed of golf clientele for some courses), I have had several fantastic rounds on this course.

Anyone can play here, beautiful hill course, a little pricey compared to most other courses in the area but you get what u pay for. Beautiful greens, hilly but easy to hit off fairways. There is a womans trounament here every year. Wonderful clubhouse etc. Beer is cheap Rent a cart
