This old, traditional course is the only Milton Coggins design in California. The layout meanders through a development of single-family homes, most of which were built in 1975. There are water hazards that come into play on two holes. The Golden State Tour Championship is held here annually. You must be a least 45 years of age to be a member of this golf club.

Where is the art?, Jun 24, 2007 |

| June 24, 2007 My wife, son, friend and I just played today. Very nice greens. But it is obvious that the greens are the only thing they water. The fairways are mostly dead and beyond the fairways is dirt. The new name is California Golf and Art CC. I'm still looking for the art because the course is so bad you cannot play any real golf. |

| This course is completely revamped with great fairways, greens, new tee boxes. The new name is California Golf and Art. Rates are still reasonable and a great play. Previously semi private, it is open to the public. |

Poor Condition, Jul 07, 2005 |

| This course has some truly horrendous fairways. I hit one shot right down the middle of the fairway only to find it in a rough dead patch the size of a parking space. The only thing that prevented it from the dreaded "One Star" is the price. Now under new management (Summer of 2005), maybe they will put a little time into improving the conditions. |
