This course has very mature, tight, tree-lined fairways. The terrain is gently rolling and the undulating greens vary in size.

Great Job with Renovations, May 16, 2006 |

| Swansea has been through a lot of renovations over the last 4 yrs. The problems with the water on back nine are gone and the new traps and widened water hazards make it totally differnt cours. Love what they have done. Greens are inconsistant from one to the next. They should run the same seems as though some are slower than others....if they are going run fast then they should all do so. |

Fair test of golf, May 10, 2006 |

| This course is of fairly constant elevation. Drainage added last year was much needed and is now legitimately playable in Spring. Tree-lined fairways are ample with no blind shots to the greens. Approach shots; DON'T BE LONG. Greens are good sized and usually fast; need focus to conquer. Lots of different looks. Take advantage of rate 'specials'! Can be slow... |

good layout, average facility, Sep 18, 2005 |

| i have played this course numerous times and have found the layout challenging and in good condition. the greens are big and will test your long putting ability. this course can be swampy in spots in the spring. there are specials (fees, cart and lunch) year round making this course a very good value. swansea will stay on my play list. |

Not So Good!, Feb 04, 2005 |

| Swansea CC is a decent to a slightly above average course. The greens and fairways are usually in fairly well shape. I would recommend this course to pretty much any golfer. There is also an executive course for you beginners and short hitters. The green fees are a little too pricy but its not a bad course to check out every once in a while. However I would have to give this course a thumbs down. It could be vastly improved if a little more effort was put into the facility. |
