This club offers three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. The courses are very beautiful and the greens are in great shape. The Stonehouse Course, which was designed by Ted Robinson, is the newest nine and the most interesting. It has many changes in elevation, including uphill shots on some holes and downhill shots into a canyon on others. There is a pond that comes into play on one hole. The Creek Course is very flat. There is pond that come into play on one hole on this course as well. The holes play mostly straight-away, but the fairways are tree lined and there is a slight dogleg left fairway on hole #8, a 546-yard, par 5. The Oak Course, as the name implies, has many trees that come into play. There are three ponds that affect play on two holes. During re-seeding, carts are required to stay on cart paths. Walking is permitted after 11 AM.

"Great course for juniors!"
This is a fabulous course for young juniors to learn on! I took my 2 nephews there, and they had a great time! Several holes have river views. Nice little driving range too!

"Best kept secret in central Iowa"
With rolling hills and mature trees, Perry G&CC is an aesthetically pleasing, yet challenging course. A beautiful pond surrounded by wildflowers is in play on the # 2 and 3 holes. Greens are in fine shape and medium fast. Accuracy off the tee is important because of the trees and some uneven lies. Although it is a private club, green fees for non-residents are easily accessible and very affordable. Carts available. The clubhouse staff is friendly and accommodating. Well worth your time and money.

"Lastest Updates"
I've been a member for 20+ years and have a preference for this course. This course seems to have several improvements since the review up top. A large pond with fountain was added to the long par 5 #3, and several new tee boxes have been added for both the long-ballers and the seniors. The course is a challenge for most, especially the greens and tight fairways, but it also provides a really enjoyable 'walk in the park' for many. The course is often busy with couples walking the scenic tract. Seems a lot of people enjoy the league play as there are ladies leagues 3 days, evening leagues on 4 days, and a couples' league on Sunday afternoons that we have joined. Good course for good players, who enjoy the game.

Fort Belvoir Golf Facility - Woodlawn Course
"A nice trek through the woods"
Not a bad little course for the average golfer, challenging to anyone who is not straight. No water on the course removes that concern, but a tree-lined layout demands accuracy. Inexpensive and not overcrowded.
