Yes the course is beautiful and the front nine are tougher then back nine. The old men can be a pain, my uncle is one of them and I play with him every time I visit, but if not for the old men (Full members) during the spring & fall the course probably would have to charge more or would not be able to stay in business. I probably play six, seven times a year when I am up visiting

This course is a diamond in the rough as far as its location goes. Everytime i set foot on it, i enjoy myself; whether it be the beautiful views, great breeze that sweeps through the valley or the challenging greens. Please forgive the elderly men who do believe they own the place, but for the most part a young, professional class of folks inhabit the fairways and greens during the better part of the summer.

Challenging long holes & tremendously manicured, Feb 09, 2004

This 18-holer had a great mix of long and short holes, challenging and intermediate greens. This course is in particularly good condition year after year for such hard winters. Besides for some of the grumpy old men who play the course, and think they own it and let you know it (standard, yet dieing breed of golf clientele for some courses), I have had several fantastic rounds on this course.
