i've been playing golf for almost 6 weeks now, so i guess i'm not really an expert or anything, but i've played several courses, including Wanee Lake in Ashburn, and the Veteran's Park in Cordele...Sunsweet is my school's home course, it's the course i'm learning to play golf on, and i love it..it's challenging, and keeps you on your toes...i've lost countless balls, but every inch of this course is a blast

I think this course is the epitome of classic southern charm. Several of the holes are cut through a pecan orchard which can be messy in the fall but provide a relaxing and secluded background that could only be complimented by the excellent course condition. There are plenty of gentle doglegs and enough long fairways to provide an exhilarating challenge. Water is in play on several holes. There is even an island green on the par three sixteenth. Beautiful design that is in excellent condition. I'll play here whenever I am in town.

Marshall Canyon Golf Club
"Trickier than you think and don't EVER walk."
Marshall Canyon is a fun course with some quirky holes but for the most part it is pretty fair. The greens are trickier than you think and there are some hole placements that totally suck if you get above the hole. It is a hilly course that you don't want to walk unless you are in very good walking shape. All in all, it is a good course with a decent price.

Riverview Golf Course
"Best 9 holes around"
Riverview is the perfect practice course when you don't have time for 18. It's long enough to be interesting and offers enough challenges to allow practice on all aspects of your game. The course has good greens, challenging sand traps and water hazards you can't see--until its too late. Its also fun to play.

East Liverpool Country Club
"Links Course"
The East Liverpoool Country Club is a nine hole course. It features a links style course that has elevated greens on eight of the nine holes. Wooded areas and strategically placed bunkers add to the beauty and challange of the course. The entire course is served by an automatic watering system. The undulating greens can provide interesting pin placemets. The ninth and eighteenth holes are served by two different greens.
