Having been exposed to the joys of many courses, public and private, I have to say that the Tipton Golf Course is a great little "gem". There are plenty of challenges, from the short but tight front nine, to the more demanding back nine, this course offers good opportunities to score while presenting more than a few holes that can "bite" you. The course is always in good shape, especially the greens, the practice facilities are more than adequate, and the staff is consumately polite and genuinely friendly.

Fun little course. Friendly pro and staff. Doesn't look too tough, but can make for a challenging day if you aren't hitting the ball straight. Greens rolled well, but could have been a little quicker. Overall, worth the money.
