This county-owned course was designed with every skill level in mind. The fairways are tree lined, and water comes into play on three holes. Some of the greens are large and have enough slope to test your putting skill. The Coal River flows alongside part of the course and adds to the beautiful scenery. This is one of the four Kanawha County courses.

| I love this course. The atmosphere is great and the property is well maintained. Best of all, the fees are extremely reasonable. I've golfed all over the world and for the value received, this course provides an outstanding experience. |

| I grew up on this course. Not as much countour as one would expect in the mountains. Tree lined fairways make the course easy to follow. Easy to get in trouble with wayward tee shots as the big pines keep you from doing anything but punching out. Not always kept in the best of shape. A fun course anyone can enjoy. |
