This relatively level course offers beautiful country club style, well-bunkered greens. There is an abundance of wildlife living on the premises, and the course is quite scenic. The back tees can be demanding due to the many water hazards. The fairways are average width and tree lined. The signature hole is #8, a 160-yard, par 3, featuring a peninsula green surrounded by water. In all, water hazards (ponds) come into play on six holes. Ferdinand Garbin redesigned this course in 1986. Private and group lessons are available; contact the pro shop for more information.

Tune-Up your game at Frosty Valley, Aug 12, 2005
reviewer: DK from Pittsburgh, PA
As of the 2005 season, greens fees are $13 for 9 holes. Golf carts (pull or riding) are extra. Very nice little course. Play the blue tees if you want a particular challenge, especially on #s 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, and 8. Don't take the greens too seriously, though. They're mighty slow. For the most part, if your putt has the right line but stops about a foot short, count that as being in (on other courses). Worth the money, especially for tuning-up your game.

Frosty Valley, Feb 08, 2004
reviewer: Jeff Straw from Cecil, PA USA
Frosty Valley is a golf course that gives a feeling of success in all parts of your game. Strategic pin locations give each shot to the green a different spin, and makes even the best person's short game be tested. As for the far hitters, the par 5's here are among far distances and have challenging obsticles just off to the side of the fairways, forcing you to hit with immense precision. The greens have tough breaks in them, making this course exciting and a fun place to visit. Frosty Valley also has a pro shop with a great amount of equipment that will suit any golfer.
