This facility has an eighteen hole executive course and a nine hole par 3 course. The Executive Course has seven par 4's. The signature hole is #17, a 158-yard, par 3, featuring a scenic island green. There are plenty of weeping willows and oak trees lining the fairways, and the greens are extremely undulating and fast. The Par 3 Course has beautiful, fast, undulating greens. There are water hazards and bunkers, so you'll be able to practice your short game with an extra challenge.

Don't Waste Your Time, Oct 10, 2004
reviewer: Al from Burbank, CA USA
Vista Valencia makes you guarantee your tee time with a credit card and the runs up to 2 hours late on getting you on the course. A substandard par 62 course awaits. Employees have attitudes as if this were Pebble Beach. Not worth the $42.00 or the aggravation.

good course, challenging but not too hard for the moderate golfer.

Short crowded course no joy to play, Feb 13, 2004
reviewer: Gary Tharp from Corvallis, Or
Vista Valencia is a golf course that survives because it is one of the few places to play in the highly populated Santa Clarita Valley. This is a classic American Golf type of club. Short on amenities and long on wait, wait, wait. The goal here is to get as many people on the course that ensures the day's sales. Some very short tricked up par three's, par four's are somewhat better #1, #7, #10, and #18 are decent. It is hard to keep this course in great shape and the practice facilities are always crowded. Play somewhere else if you have a chance in So. Cal rather than here. Rounds can be up to five hours long on this executive course.
