This course has water hazards coming into play on sixteen holes. Even through the fairways are tree lined, they still afford spacious landing areas. In addition to all the water, numerous sand bunkers have been incorporated into the course design. The greens are undulating and very fast. The signature hole is #9, a difficult 448-yard, par 4, featuring island tee boxes and a scenic view of the clubhouse behind the green. The 5,566-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 71.7 and a slope of 120.

| Keep it in the middle and play your shot. Don't take chances here. Some blind shots and some hard greens to putt. It was better years ago before they built houses around the course. I played it 3 times and I play to a 15 handicap. Shot in 85,87,86. Has some good par 3s |

| Although I played this course after a rye grass over-seeding, it still was a tough course from a greens management standpoint. The greens were fast and very sloped from back to front, making ball placement critical. I played the first and last nine, (27 holes altogether) and really like the final nine the best, as it was very scenic and the natural habitat was left quite pristine. I'm a 12 handicap and shot an 84, 88, the later round a bad putting day. The play was VERY fast (3.35hrs) and the pro shop top notch. The course allowed some errant tee shots without unfair penalty, but water does come into play on several holes, both from the tee and around the green. Overall, a very nice course for the money. |
