This course has received high praise for its excellent condition. The course was designed with the intention of hosting PGA qualifying events. Because of this, the final hole was constructed with stadium seating. The course is easy to walk from tee box to green. The greens are large, lush and fast. The fairways are tree lined, having been cut from a forest. There are no out of bounds per se, but the dark woods capture many a ball. Water hazards, in the form of a winding creek and a couple of ponds, come into play on nine of the eighteen holes. This is definitely a fair, versatile course, due to its five tee boxes on each hole. The course plans on building a resort hotel on the premises, to be completed sometime in 2000. Three hundred and fifty home sites are also included in the future.

The Georgian Resort/The Frog GC near Atlanta, May 09, 2004

Greens Fee: 35.00/18-This course was a joy to play, somewhat challeging, but mostly open and in great condition, extremely picturesque. The traps were all white beach sand and made you feel like you were playing on a TPC level. We played from the tips and had a great match, very challeging from there. I could definately see The Frog as a PGA qualifier. We were traveling and called for a tee time an hour prior, there was no slow play at all. We didn't even see anyone till the 9th hole. The help was professional and attentive, both in the club house and out. Great course, better rate, give them a call if your in the Atlanta area and looking for a top-notch track. The Frog is very much worth the serpentine drive into the Geogria woods.

"Great Secret"
Who would think that such a great course would be in Whidbey. The course has some challeging holes as well as some scenery. For some of you big hitters it has a couple of holes that tempt you to go for it. I wouldn't if I were you. Looks can be deciving. If they don't get you the slope on the 18th green will. Stick it close. A great secret.

Wilshire Golf Club
"Good Challenge; Poor Conditions."
Wilshire is a challenge in disguise. With many decisions shots like weather to carry the creek on the first hole or whether or not to cut the corner off of the 17th. But the adverse course condidions can discourage most golfers that are looking for a challenge. Shabby fairways and greens give it a rough appearance but it is a good deal for the price.

White Hawk Country Club
"Better than others around"
I have golfed at White Hawk for the past three summers and have found it to be a challenging three courses. With black being the hardest it is to the difficult level of a 5-10 handicap player. On average I should in the high 70's and find some days more challenging then others depending on pin placement. But if you are a golf with great accuracy then this course will be almost no match for you. For if you are able to stay in the farways even par is something insight. The course itself is taken care of very nicely and almost all of the employees are friendly. Overall it is my favorite course in the area.

Odyssey Golf Course
"Odyssey is a good course"
I REALLY like this course. It is pretty long (which suits my game well), and there are a lot of places you can get yourself in trouble. The greens are tough to speak of...as pin placement can make this course one of the most challenging in the area (pretty serious breaks), or just a nice Sunday afternoon hackin' with the boys (dead-flat) if greenskeepers are being generous. They have GPS in their golf carts, and charge reasonable fees. The course is very-well maintained, with water in play on a bunch of the holes. In my opinion, Odyssey is the best bang for your buck in the area.
