This executive course winds its way through giant pine, oak, and cypress trees that can alter your shots. The picturesque natural and man-made water hazards, along with some sand dunes more than 40 feet high add to the course's difficulty level. This course design features twelve par 3's, along with some par 4's and 5's. In addition, water hazards come into play on twelve holes.

Short but tough, Dec 06, 2004

This is a very challenging but extremely enjoyable course to play. Don't be fooled by the short yardage markers, this course will force you to be on top of every aspect of your game. If your style is to "grip it and rip it", be sure to bring plenty of extra balls.

Laurel View Country Club
"Hidden away, but worth the trip"
LV has recently been given a big facelift, and it shows. The course is challenging, and if you're walking the front 9, you'll stand a good chance of being near exhaustion towards the end. LV has a full driving range as well as a chipping/putting green with several types of grass and lies. Costs are more than reasonable for the quality of the course. Lots of water on this course, which in terms of difficulty compares well to Tashua in Trumbull. My only complaints would be that last time I played some of the cart paths were close to offroading, and some of the greens were a little worn.
