Waco's Best Kept Secret, May 19, 2005
reviewer: Paul DePace from Plano, Texas
If you are looking for a championship golfing experience go elsewhere. If you are looking for the best 3-par value in Texas, go to Bogey's! The course is family owned, and is fun to play. I stumbled onto this course years ago when my sons were young. We live in the Dallas area and were just looking to get out of town for a couple of days and have fun. My sons are now 15 and 17 and capable of playing anywhere, and they often do. But they still beg me to take them down to Bogey's every summer, and not just because it has become a tradition. It is because the course is fun! Last year we went down there and played 54 holes one day...like 36 the next! They just will not come off the course! We already have hotel reservations in Waco for July!
