This scenic course was built on 200 acres of rolling terrain. The fairways are plush. There are numerous trees that can alter your shots, and water hazards (creeks and ponds) come into play on some holes. The opening hole is a 707-yard, par 5, which the club boasts as being the world's longest par 5. This hole includes a creek that crosses the fairway.

| Fairways and tees are in great shape, but many greens are pocked with dirt spots and bumpy from aeration holes not backfilled with sand. The hard surface makes them incredibly fast. Iron shots bounce off them. Maybe they will recover them this winter. |
